Miss Alicia Knopps Owner
Miss Alicia Knopps began her dance training under the direction of Ariel Lopez in Southern California and hasn’t sat still since. She has been sharing her passion for dance and mentorship with students in the Chippewa Valley for 18 years.
An award winning choreographer, Miss Alicia enjoys creating unique and challenging choreography for her students.
Alicia was honored to receive the Eau Claire Chamber's 2013 "Excellence in Education" Outstanding Educator Award. She has a strong understanding of the hard work and the process dancers, teachers, and parents take on to get to the stage and have a great experience.
Alicia's passion is watching dancers develop their God-given talents in a nurturing environment, instilling confidence and a love for dance in every student! Her greatest mission is to help children reach their full potential in life through dance.
When she is not with her dance studio family, she is at home with husband Derek and daughter Lily “Lily Bug”. She loves time with family, photography, fitness and being outdoors in the Summer.
Miss Erin Bosse Assistant Director
When Miss Erin was a little girl, she constantly put on dance performances and shows for her parents. They took this as a sign and enrolled her in classes at the Denver Ballet Academy at the age of four. Since then she has trained in ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, lyrical, hip hop, musical theater, modern, and contemporary; expanding her passion for dance. In middle school she trained at a day program, through the University of Minnesota, taking a variety of classes in dance, theater, and voice. She also attended several summer dance programs throughout her school years, including the UW Stevens Point intensive.
Miss Erin has had the opportunity to learn and be inspired by some of the best in the industry, including Mia Michaels, Mandy Moore, Denise Wall, Ray Leeper, Gregg Russel, Al Blackstone, Tricia Gomez, Stacey Tookey, Paula Morgan, Ivan Koumaev, to name a few. She has also continued her dance education at BDC (Broadway Dance Center in New York), and at the wonderful Dance Teacher Summit.
Miss Erin loves working with dancers of all ages, instilling her love and joy for dance in all the dancers she works with. She is excited to be starting her third season as DSD's Assistant Director, and her 8th season as an Instructor.
Miss Angelina Arroyo
Miss Angelina began dancing at the age of five in Colorado Springs. As her passion for dance grew she expanded to new York where she took professional classes at Broadway Dance Center.
After experiencing what New York had to offer she expanded her training to California. While in California she studed with popular naes such as Shauna Noland, Ian Eastwood, Tovaris Wilson, and the Joffery's own Michael Blake along with Tina D'Amato-Sidoni, Kayla Bingham, Correy Finn, Gregg Russell, Justin Giles, Travis Wall among others.
Her love of dance inspired her to broaden her knowledge in as many different styles of dance as possible to further increase her knowledge and education in dance.
Miss Angelina is honored to share her wealth of experience with the dance students at Diamond School of Dance for a third season!
Miss Sarah Rosenquist
Originally from Eau Claire, Wisconsin, Sarah Rosenquist is a graduate from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point with a Bachelor of Arts in dance. She has been training extensively in modern, ballet, jazz, and tap under the direction of Michael Estanich, Joan Karlen, Jeannie Hill, and Pamela Luedtke.
Sarah received the Kathryn Bukolt Memorial Dance Scholarship in 2015 and 2016, the Outstanding Graduating Dance Major award and the Festival of the Arts Scholarship, as well as the Chancellors Leadership Award in 2017. During her years of training, she has also participated in workshops and master classes with Eddy Ocampo, Larry Keigwin, Tania Perez-Salas, Autumn Eckman, José Soto, Grace Gallagher, Jaclyn Walsh, Rennie Harris, Max Pollak, and Brenda Bufalino.
Sarah has performed in faculty and guest artist works by Joan Karlen, Jeannie Hill, Michael Estanich, Autumn Eckman, Eddy Ocampo, and Max Pollak. She has presented her own choreography in the student produced events Afterimages and Afterimages Unplugged. In 2014, Sarah performed "Woman In Red" choreographed by Maggie Zoeller at Artsbash, as well as co-choreographed her piece, "I Would Prefer Not To." with Constance Williams in 2015 for UWSP's Afterimages. She has also performed Amy Roby's piece, "It's a Thing With Feathers" at the American College Dance Association conference in Duluth, MN.
Sarah's recent choreographic work was "Entering Stage Two." performed at UWSP's Unplugged 2016. Sarah plans to pursue a performance career in dance, eventually leading to more education to achieve her Master of Fine Arts in dance.
Miss Flavia Garcia
Originally from Brazil, Flavia Garcia trained with The National Ballet of Cuba. From 2006 she was a member of Dance Theatre of Harlem where she danced principle roles in such ballets as Raymonda, Balanchine's Four Temperaments & Glinka Pas de Trois, Giselle and Le Corsaire. Since moving to New York City she's also danced with the Joffrey Ballet and Lazar Ballet NYC as well as being invited to guest in such galas as, Gala of the Stars in the Dominican Republic performing Diana & Acteon with a member of ABT and NYIBC's Gala 2011.
Other ballets in her repertoire include Odette/Odile in Swan Lake, Flames of Paris Pas de Deux, Gamazatti of La Bayadere, The River by Alvin Ailey and various original contemporary works.
In 2015 she guested at Ballet Ness Ziona ( Israel) where she performed Diana and Acteon and Elie Lazars choreography.
Flavia is currently on faculty at Berks Ballet Theatre Conservatory of Dance, Breaking Ground Dance Center and continues her career as world renowned guest artist.

Originally from Eau Claire, Wisconsin, Amelia Neff began dance with Diamond School of Dance when she was six. She currently attends college at the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and can’t wait to work with Diamond dance students!
Amelia has a passion for teaching dance and extensive experience working with children.
